Terms & Conditions for Dream Home Design Gift Certificates
1. The gift certificates must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase. Designing your perfect home takes time and careful planning. To secure your preferred timing, we recommend scheduling consultations as early as possible, as availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Unused balances can be applied to other services or products, with upgrades or additional services available by paying the price difference.
3. Gift certificates are intended for use by the person named at the time of purchase. However, transfers may be considered upon request. To proceed, the original recipient must personally confirm the transfer by emailing us at office@ktkre.ca.
4. This gift certificate is valid for design services pertaining to one primary dwelling only. Any design services required for additional structures or extensions beyond the primary dwelling will require prior approval from KTK Real Estate Development and may be subject to additional fees. Please contact us at office@ktkre.ca for further information and pricing.
5. Additional charges may apply for revisions beyond the scope of the original package. Drafting and interior design services include up to three revisions, with any additional revisions subject to a fee of CAD 150 per hour.
