design & Planning

1. Site Inspection & Surveying: The first step is to determine the best foundation for your home. This ensures stability and longevity for your new building. We conduct perc tests and involve engineers to ensure optimal site conditions.

2. Well and Septic Location:
For properties requiring well and septic systems, we identify the optimal locations for well, septic, and home placement. This step is crucial for ensuring proper waste management and drainage.

3. Building Plans:
Our team will work with you to create detailed building plans. These plans will outline the layout, structure, and design elements of your home, ensuring all your preferences are incorporated and making the best use of your property.

4. Obtaining Approvals:
We handle the process of obtaining all necessaryapprovals. This includes zoning, building, and environmental permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

5. 3D Design Creation:
To help you visualize the final plans, we create a 3D design of your property. Framing

- Install exterior doors, windows, garage doors
- Everything inside the walls is installed and inspected, including the electrical, HVAC, insulation, etc.

Plumbing, mechanical, electrical

All mechanicals, which includes plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical, will be roughed in following the completion of the framing stage. “Rough-In” consists of supply and drain lines for plumbing, wiring for electrical outlets and switches, and ductwork.

Insulation & Drywall

Our construction techniques ensure optimal insulation framing. After mechanical inspections, we insulate the exterior walls. Once inspected, drywall is hung. After drywall, we blow insulation into the attic.

Welcome home!

We will notify you of your closing date approximately 30 days prior to your closing by emailing you a closing checklist with helpful information and instructions. This letter will have contact information for the different utility companies you will need to contact in order to get service turned on in your name. We will provide you with all the paperwork and warranty book when you arrive at your closing.

Once all signatures are completed, we will hand over the keys to your new home. This moment marks the official transfer of ownership, and you can begin the exciting journey of moving into your new space. For those who appreciate modern technology, we also offer keyless entry options such as fingerprint or digital locks, ensuring enhanced security and convenience.
